Terry Carson, President has been in concrete since 1967. He worked in his fathers business until 1984. He acquired commercial concrete experience prior to starting Benchmark Concrete. He has taken business management classes through Pima Community College and University of Arizona. He is presently the Vice President and Treasurer of the Alliance of Construction Trades (ACT) and will be president in June 2002. He has extensive knowledge of concrete construction, law and estimating. |

Diana Carson, Vice-President is not only the bosses wife, she has been instrumental in the design and sales of our concrete countertops. She has played an active role in the business for 6 years and has always been at Terry's side for encouragement and support.

| Eric Lomeli started in September of 1992. He was hired as a form-setter and has risen to the position of superintendent. He oversees all projects, clients and field employees. Eric has worked in the concrete industry since 1986. |

John J. Gilbert started with Benchmark Concrete as a laborer when he was 15 years old. After he graduated from high school he tried different jobs until finally he made his home here in 1998. He has been a finisher and is now our full-time estimator, specializing in the Ziatek Digital Estimating System.
